By booking a trip with Trailblazer China, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings: A deposit is required to confirm your place. Full payment is due 60 days before departure.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to partial refund depending on timing.

Insurance: Travel insurance is required for all participants. We strongly recommend policies that cover medical evacuation.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always find the best available alternative.
